2. Purpose of data processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with legal requirements with the aim of fulfilling the mandate you have given through your membership or donation to support the school and its pupils (primarily financially). To this end, we process your personal data such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, email address and bank details and, where necessary, pass this on to our banking institutions (Sparkasse Emsland and Oldenburgische Landesbank). If the necessary data is not provided, the Friends Association cannot carry out its activities properly.

We only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. The recipients of your personal data are our banking institutions and, if applicable, the school itself.
4. Storage of your data
We only store your personal data for as long as you are a member of the Friends Association or as long as is necessary for the smooth running of the Friends Association's activities.
