Promoting STEM talent:
Young researchers at Georgianum Grammar School

The Georgianum Grammar School is once again sending a clear signal this school year in its support of young talent in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Renewed participation in the "Jugend forscht" competition offers our pupils a platform to translate their scientific curiosity into concrete projects.

The Youth Research Club

In the "Jugend forscht" working group, interested young people gain insights into a wide variety of research areas. The working group serves as a creative laboratory in which not only theoretical knowledge is imparted, but also active work is carried out on the participants' own research projects. We cover a broad spectrum:

  • Biology and chemistry
  • Physics and technology
  • Computer science and mathematics

Beyond pure experimentation, the working group teaches essential skills that are important both for the competition and for a future academic career.
