This school year, pupils in Year 11 at Georgianum and Years 10 and 9 at Gesamtschule Emsland are taking part in the project "Denkmal aktiv – Kulturerbe macht Schule" (Active Memorial – Cultural Heritage Goes to School). Under the theme "The prison – no entry?", Mara Portmann, Maksim Fuhrmann and I, accompanied by our teacher Yasmine Späth, were able to travel to Koblenz for an exchange meeting from 20 to 21 November 2025.
